We believe in transparency. Read this policy carefully before subscribing to any StockTrendz AI™ Premium plan.

Section 01
Scope & Applicability

This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to all paid subscription plans offered by StockTrendz AI™ at stocktrendz.in. By purchasing a Premium plan you agree to these terms.

This Policy should be read alongside the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In case of any conflict, this Policy prevails for all refund and billing matters.

This Policy covers only monetary transactions for Premium subscriptions processed via Razorpay. Free-tier users are not affected.

Section 02
Subscription Plans & Billing Cycle

StockTrendz AI™ offers the following paid subscription tiers:

  • Monthly Plan — billed every 30 days. Renews automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
  • Annual Plan — billed once every 365 days at a discounted rate. Renews automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.

All prices are inclusive of applicable GST at the rate prevailing on the date of purchase. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. StockTrendz AI™ does not store card or UPI credentials on its servers.

⚠️

You will receive an email reminder 3 days before auto-renewal. Keep your payment method valid to avoid service interruption.

Pro-rata refund for annual plans = (Days remaining ÷ 365) × Annual plan price, minus any applicable payment gateway fees.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 48 hours. We aim to resolve billing disputes within 5 business days.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@stocktrendz.in with subject "Refund Request — [your registered email]" and include:

  • Your registered email address on StockTrendz AI™.
  • The Razorpay Order ID or Payment ID from your payment confirmation email.
  • A brief reason for the refund request.
  • Your bank account details / UPI ID for the credit.

You may also use the Contact Us form. Requests via social media or community chat are not accepted and will be redirected to the support email.

We acknowledge every request within 2 business days and communicate the outcome within 5 business days.

Refund Processing Timeline

Once approved, credit time depends on your payment method:

Total end-to-end time may reach 15 business days. If not received by then, share your Razorpay transaction ID and we will follow up on your behalf.

Section 06
Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile & Settings page. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle — it does not refund the current active period unless the eligibility window in Section 03 is still open.

  • Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Cancelling mid-cycle does not entitle you to a partial refund for unused days (outside the eligibility window).
  • You can re-subscribe at any time — your account history is retained.

To cancel: Profile → Subscription → Cancel Plan. A confirmation email is sent immediately. If the option is missing, contact support.

Exceptions & Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Account suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Significant usage of premium features before raising a refund request.
  • Dissatisfaction with market outcomes or trading results — StockTrendz AI™ provides educational tools, not financial guarantees.
  • Requests made outside the eligibility window (7 days for monthly, 14 days for annual).
  • Promotional / coupon-based plans where offer terms state "non-refundable".
  • One-time purchases or add-ons explicitly marked non-refundable at checkout.

Important: StockTrendz AI™ is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser. Trading losses incurred using our platform do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Chargebacks & Disputes

We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most issues resolve quickly through our support team.

If a chargeback is filed without contacting us first:

  • Your account may be immediately suspended pending investigation.
  • We reserve the right to contest the chargeback using Razorpay transaction records.
  • Fraudulent chargeback activity may result in permanent account termination.

We fully cooperate with legitimate billing disputes and maintain complete Razorpay transaction logs for all bank dispute processes.

Changes to This Policy

StockTrendz AI™ reserves the right to update this Policy at any time. Changes will be posted here with an updated "Last Updated" date.

For material changes (e.g., changes to the refund window), active subscribers will be notified via email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Telangana, India.

If any provision is found unenforceable, it shall be limited to the minimum extent necessary; the remaining provisions remain in full force.
